 Tourism:

Tourism is a social, cultural and economic process in which the movement of people to countries or places outside their daily life environment for personal or business purposes .The process of spending time away from home to get some rest, relaxation, and pleasure, while making use of the commercial provision of services. 

Types of tourism:

Tourism can be further divided into six types are as follows;

 1:Adventure tourism.                                    2:Beach Tourism.                                      3:Cultural tourism.                                          4:Eco tourism.                                            5:Medical tourist.                                          6:Wildlife tourism.

Importance of tourism: 

Tourism creates jobs, strengthens the local economy, contributes to local infrastructure development and can help to conserve the natural environment and cultural assets and traditions, and to reduce poverty and in equality. Tourism offers the most fundamental opportunities to the emerging economies and also to the developing countries. 

Social impacts of tourism:

Social impacts include; social changes; changing values: increases crime rates and gambling; changes in social and moral behaviour; changes in family structure and roles; problems with the tourist-host relationship and destruction of heritage. 

Tourism in Pakistan:

• Pakistan is very beautiful country and it have very astonishing places for the tourists. From all over the World tourists come and visit Northern areas of Pakistan, kashmir, Indus delta to Indus Valley including civilization sites from Harappa  to Mohenjo-daro. All these beautiful places are the special blessings of Almighty Allah to Pakistani Muslims. The World's Economic Forum's Travel and Tourism report placed Pakistan in top 25 percent of global destinations  for its World heritage sites.
